纤维束滤池在城市污水处理厂中的应用研究

      [摘要] 本文主要针对采用纤维束滤池用于处理城市生活污水从一级B到一级A的运行工艺研究。根据某城市污水处理厂的近半年实际运行的进出水数据表明,设计处理量平均为40000吨/天,在滤速18 m/h时,反洗周期为24小时,单池反洗运行时间20min,反洗水量8l/m2s,反洗气量80 l/m2s时,出水悬浮物可以稳定在小于10mg/l。反洗自用水量为1-3%。运行结果表明,在处理相同水量下,纤维滤池相比普通砂滤池和V型滤池更加经济有效。

      Application study of fiber filter tank in municipalsewage treatment plant

      Abstract: This article is mainly for the process study of fiber bundle filter for the treatment of domestic sewagefrom the National effluent standards IB to IA. According to the actual operation data of the water of recent six months in one city sewage treatment plant, it indicate that:Dealing with an average of 40,000T/d, at filtration rate 18m/h, antiwash cycle for 24 hours,single-cell anti-wash runtime 20min, anti- wash water 8 l/m2s, anti-washing gas 80 l/m2s,suspended solids in the effluent can be stabilized at less than 10mg/l. Anti-wash water consumption is1~3% of the total water treatment. The result shows that at the same water capacity,the fiber filter compared toanordinary sand filter and V-filter is more economical.
